The Rightful Loners
Buckle up, beautiful people… it’s The Rightful Loners!
This raucous four-piece spend their days with boring desk jobs, dropping their façade of respectability every weekend for a maelstrom of high energy, cracking music, and questionable fashion choices.
Whether they’re ripping their way through their extensive catalogue of 90s and 00s alternative, growling through some grunge, or showing some classic punk who’s in charge, the only people having more fun than the band are the fans.
Together since 2018, the lead singer is a nine-foot tall, foul-mouthed badarse, much to her mother’s dismay. The bass player rarely wears underwear, and when he does, it’s usually something unusual. Guitar is handled by the human equivalent of a Hemingway cat, as he somehow covers multiple guitar lines in almost every song. Which leaves the hunky, South American drummer, who launches drumsticks across the room so often that eye protection is recommended.

Darling Nikki’s acknowledges that January 26 marks a significant and complex moment in Australian history, one that holds different meanings for many people.
We believe the January long weekend can be an opportunity to come together as a diverse and multicultural society. It is also a time to respectfully recognise and honour the Traditional Custodians of this land, whose connection to Country has always been, and will always remain, unbroken.
Never ceded, always was, always will be.
